Problem

K Girdharlal, along with its ventures Bookends and Offside, recognized an urgent workforce challenge:

• AI usage was already spreading informally across teams, but without structure or training.

• Prompting was inconsistent, and leaders wanted to future-proof the workforce, but employees lacked AI confidence and safe usage practices.

The organization needed a structured way to embed AI into daily work - not as a tool, but as a capability across functions.

Solution

BOTS.ai (by HR Anexi) designed and rolled out The AI Advantage, a phased AI literacy journey to move teams from awareness to functional mastery.

The intervention included:

1. PromptMagic (AI Awareness for Employees)

A 1-day session helping teams see AI as a thinking partner, explore possibilities, and build comfort with real workplace applications.

2. PromptStart (AI Fluency for Leaders)

A 2-day immersive workshop for 25 leaders focused on:

·         Prompting mastery, the importance of context, prompting hacks and live practice

·         Safe and secure AI usage to build a responsible AI culture and how to avoid red flags and hallucination

3. PromptPro (Functional AI Enablement)

Function-specific workshops across key departments including IT, HR, Admin, Rough Results, PR & Marketing, R&D.

Each function identified high-impact workflows and piloted AI-powered solutions on how to reduce turnaround time, strengthen decision-making, and redesign processes for AI enablement.
