What we look for in trainers

We select trainers based on capability AND enthusiasm.

Key criteria:

• Deep passion for AI, curiosity and experimentation with AI - not mastery. 

• Experience delivering learning to managers or leaders

• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences

• Strong facilitation and group-handling skills

• Comfort handling resistance, skepticism, and real business questions

AI knowledge can be taught. Curiosity and passion can’t be. 

Step 1: Application

Step 2: Screening

• Review of experience and suitability

• Short conversation to assess fit

Step 3: Capability Assessment

• Facilitation or explanation exercise

• Assessment of clarity, structure, and audience handling

Step 4: Final Selection

• Selection based on capability and capacity

• Limited seats per cohort

Not all applicants are selected.

AI Trainers with BOTS.AI earn between 15 to 30 Lakhs per year through freelance training assignments from us.
